IPANEX Crystalline Waterproofing and Durability Admixtures
Crystalline technology reacts with water and cement in the concrete and grows crystals inside its pores and hairline cracks. The concrete itself becomes the waterproofing, so there is no separate layer to puncture during backfilling.

The crystals keep growing where small cracks form, so minor movement does not open a leak path.

Survey
Review the drawings, soil report and water-table level, or inspect the existing leak.
Specify
Choose an admixture at the batching plant for new concrete, or a surface-applied crystalline slurry for existing structures.
Supply
Deliver the material from our warehouse and support correct dosing at the plant.
Detail the joints
Seal construction joints and pipe penetrations with waterstops, where most leaks start.
Test and hand over
Water-tightness or ponding tests before handover, with our written guarantee.
Independent test results
Measured against an identical control mix.
