Concrete repairs
Spalling concrete and rusting rebars are a sign that water has already reached the steel. We find the cause, repair the damage and protect the structure so it lasts.
Typical applications
- Residential societies and older buildings
- Basements and parking structures
- Water tanks and treatment plants
- Industrial and commercial buildings
- Coastal and marine structures
When to call us
- Spalling concrete and exposed, rusting rebars
- Structural cracks
- Honeycombing and weak concrete

Our method, step by step.
The same team specifies, supplies and applies the system, so responsibility never changes hands.
Condition survey
Visual inspection and standard tests such as rebound hammer, carbonation depth and cover checks.
Remove damaged concrete
Break out loose and contaminated concrete behind the rebars.
Treat the steel
Clean and protect corroded rebars, and add steel where it has lost section.
Restore
Rebuild with polymer-modified mortar, micro-concrete or jacketing; inject structural cracks with epoxy.
Protect
Apply coatings and waterproofing so water cannot return.

Do residents need to move out during repairs?
Usually not. Work is planned in sections so the building stays in use.
How long will the repair last?
That depends on removing the cause, usually water reaching the steel. Repairs combined with waterproofing and protective coatings last far longer than patching alone.
Do you start with a survey?
Yes. We inspect the structure first and share our findings and recommended repairs before quoting.
